Yorkshire Dispute Resolution Centre

Yorkshire is blessed with the largest legal community outside London covering every aspect of domestic and international relations. Leeds is very much the regional hub, and the Yorkshire Dispute Resolution Centre is designed to serve the needs of those parties seeking to find a modern and fully equipped venue to hold arbitrations, adjudications, mediations and settlement meetings.

The dedicated rooms can accommodate up to 50 participants in light and airy rooms of various sizes which can be booked out per hour or per day depending on your requirements. The services include video conferencing, each room can be designed to suit the particular requirements of the dispute resolution activity, and all set out within a centre with the highest Bream environmental rating in the UK.

The YDRC:

• is a point of contact for handling all types of dispute resolution within the region to include arbitration, adjudication, mediation and other techniques alternative to litigation;
  
• promotes Yorkshire as an alternative centre for international and domestic dispute resolution;
  
• promotes UK expert dispute resolution providers to overseas markets;
  
• identifies and prioritises opportunities for collective promotion of these skills; and
  
• builds up a register of neutral appointees in co-operation with the main providers
